Everyone has their own health journey and the struggles that go with it. That’s why it is so important to have someone in your corner that is not condescending or rude during such a hard time. I used the in home training Dr Lean Fitness had to offer and I could not have had a better workout without leaving my home. Dr. Vazquez came to my home with a chest of weights that included: dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine ball, you name it and he had something new for each visit. Randy also has other neat fitness toys such as a heart rate monitor, handheld fat analyzer and wrist blood pressure monitor. Working out with Randy 2-3 times a week while doing my routine outdoor cardio really works well for me and my schedule because I don’t like to go to a gym.
